Orders and Shipping

Our normal turn-around time is 3 to 5 business days.

If you’re in GTA you’ll receive your order on the same day of finishing and if not , it will depends on the shipping method you’ve chosen.

Creating an account is free and instant. just click on Register on the top right corner of the page.

You can change your shipping address in the ” My Account” section and add as many shipping address as you need.

We will send you automated emails everytime your order status changes, but you can also check your order status in your ” My Account ” section.

We do NOT keep any of your credit card information on our server. Our reputable merchant ” Square Payment ” is responsible for all payment processing and data handling of payments.

We are located and operating in Canada and we are obligated to charge our sales tax (HST).

We are not a retailer business, and we only operate as a printing and signage manufacturing. All orders must be shipped via postal services or local couriers.

It all depends on what you’ve ordered. Products can come as many as multiple skids.

As printing products are unique to each order we do not accept return, but instead we will reprint the product without any cost if there is any error on the print from us.

It’s almost imposible to send out wrong order to our customer, but in such occasions we do replace it with the correct item in rush service without charge

As long as your order status is not complete in printing , you can change your address, but once the order has been shipped , we can’t make any changes to the shipping address.

From the received status up to processed status you can change or cancel your order.
